Kenneth G. Porter

Kenneth G. Porter, Partner, joined the Firm as an Associate in 1997 and was admitted to Partnership in 2002. Kenneth heads the Intellectual Property, Communications and Information Technology Group providing advisory and advocacy services on a range of related commercial and litigation issues to a wide portfolio of local, regional and international clients.

Prior to joining Keithley Lake & Associates, Kenneth practiced at the private bar in Jamaica. He also tutored Business Law at the former College of Arts, Science and Technology (now University of Technology, Jamaica) and lectured at the Insurance College of Jamaica. He currently lectures in the Paralegal Studies Programme at the UWI Open Centre - Anguilla.

Kenneth is a Past Secretary of the Anguilla Financial Services Association (AFSA) and member of the Anguilla Task Force for Development of E-commerce. He is a Government appointed Labour Tribunal Chair, Deputy Chair of the Mental Health Review Panel and Member of the Board of Governors of the Anguilla Community College.
