Jean M. Dyer

Jean M. Dyer MCIArb, Partner, joined the Keithley Lake & Associates team in July 2006 and was admitted to Partnership in July 2013. She practices extensively before the High Court and Court of Appeal and has been involved in several high value claims involving multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has extensive experience in obtaining interim relief (such as injunctions, disclosure orders and the appointment of receivers) in support of substantive claims. Prior to joining the Firm, Jean practiced in the Attorney General's Chambers in Montserrat as a Crown Counsel where she prosecuted and litigated before the High Court and Court of Appeal. She also served as the Acting Registrar of Lands in Montserrat from 2003 to 2005.
